The water taste terrible. The water coolers are of poor quality. Took them three months to remove my dispenser from several calls. No refund was given on my my last bottles returned.

Poor reliability, poor quality water and unorganized customer service communication to their drivers.I always had nice drivers and the phone reps were usually always nice but it means nothing because they are not communicating with each other.
