Theft, Lies, and Horrible Customer Service.

I'm going to make this short and to the point.

This company misses their deliveries more than they make them.

They DO NOT pick up the empty water bottles but they keep charging me for the new ones being delivered.

They have charged me over 200$ for my empty bottles and will not refund me until they come and pick them up (which they never do).

I have been calling in to PRIMO WATER 1-2 times a week for over 2 months now, I spend an average of 1 hour on the phone with them as they take down my same complaint week after week and make empty promises to solve this problem and refund my account which they never do.

I would rank this company negative stars if I could. As a former employee I can tell you from experience.

This is the absolute worst company to work for. They treat their costumers as dollars, not people. None of the pricing is even across the board. Some customers getting employee pricing while their neighbor pays full price.

Over charging on delivery charge, customers telling me that customer service is the absolute worst when they call. Their website is horrible. It is not user friendly.

The safety of the drivers is NOT a priority. That say it is, but that is a crock.

I would never recommend a friend to work for them.

Again.

The absolute worst company I have ever seen. They lie, they blame drivers when they lie, and they only care about money.

ZERO stars. I started with Sierra Spring Water in 2003, then DS bought up practically ALL the water distributors and we ended up with them.

Everything was OK until about 4 months ago and it all went to *** They handed over our account from a wonderful delivery guy to a complete moron who showed up when he felt like it. I called and complained for a month but nothing happened. I complained to the local route manager, Martinez, CA, about the idiot delivery guy and she said to me, "then you should just close your account." How many businesses out there can afford to FIRE THEIR CUSTOMERS? OMG!

I have since found a fantastic, reliable company.

DS waters will go down if they continue to conduct business in this fashion. It's only a matter of time.

Mike, the distribution Manager at the Bronx location is as unprofessional and incompetent as the “Con Men” that work for this company! AVOID AVOID AVOID the Con!!

I am posting this review because after contacting the Presidents Office of DS Services, I finally got some ......WATER!! Unbelievable.

And a *** call to make sure that I did. Thank you Elise!!

So.... to summarize...

If you are able to get to the “executive offices” of DS services, you may actually get your delivery and be able to enjoy what you’re paying for.

Going forward with them, I’ll keep you posted and let you know if /and when it goes South. Fingers crossed!

They went from good to wtf?

(I sent this to their help desk after waiting for someone to answer the phone for 20 minutes) I have used you guy for about a year now. Everything way great until I moved.

I retuned the cooler until I got settled and then I ordered an aqua coffee cooler. Somehow your phone people instead of having it delivered to my new address it was some fricken address in Houston, I live in Dallas. The delivery guy was on point so props for him. He called a few days before to schedule what time worked when I would be home.

Once he showed at wrong address, we figured out they screwed up address. So ok people make mistakes. So, days went by no one called me to figure out how to fix this. So now I must call.

Strike 2. They updated the address to the correct address this time. Also schedule a day to deliver the new cooler and water. The 30th of April went and gone and no cooler.

So next day I go to call and log into my account they finally show up for delivery on Tuesday the 7th. Strike 3. As I looked it over the order yet again was incorrect. It was for cooler coffeemaker plus almost $50 worth of coffee every month.

Strike 4. I only wanted the cooler no coffee. Also, there was scheduled 2 coolers to be delivered. So, I had to call to get fixed.

So finally, everything looked good but some the weekend and Monday and no one called to let me know when it would be dropped off. I mean am I supposed to sit around all day and take off work to wait for someone to show up, if they show up? So, since I didn’t hear from anyone, I assumed no one was coming. They did try to deliver and thankfully someone was home but apparently the cooler was not working, and they took it back but left the water.

Strike I don’t know I lost count! So now I am home no idea where e the cooler is or why its not here. I assume it wasn’t working. Also no one still has contacted me to let me know it was not working or when it will be attempted deliver again?

What the *** happened? I mean this is not rocket science.

It takes an order and be courteous and communicate with your customer’s. frankly if I wasn’t an already existing customer, I would have walked away already plus there doesn’t seem to be anyone else around here you are all under DS services as an affiliate.

Customer Service Nightmare

I called to order water delivery and gave the customer service rep my credit card information. He then started telling me about additional fees. Gas fee, bottle fee etc. I decided it didn't want the service and asked him to cancel the service (all in the same call)

The following wee water was dropped in my driveway and my credit card was charged. I had to call six times asking for a refund. They process the refund but sent it back in 3 small amounts one small amount credited to my credit card. One small about sent by check in the mail and I'm assured that another small amount will be credited to my card.

Its been over a month 6 calls, a credit, and a check. They still owe me a small about they assure will be credited to my card. (we will see)

Please tell me why? Why was the order processed when I clearly told the rep that I did not want service? After discovering that the order was submitted anyway, why couldn’t DS Service simply refund the full amount? Why did it take 6 phone calls and 3 refunds to clear up the matter?

btw... I happened to be home the day the driver picked up the water. He was very nice and explained. “Oh, this happens all the time.”

Customer Service Nightmare!

It took 6 phone calls and rather than send one refund for the full amount they credited my card in two small refunds 4 weeks apart and sent one small check.

My advice... never order delivery service from DS Services!

Ruined our family's situation

This company bought the company I worked for, where I could easily support my family. They cut my pay so much, that soon became impossible.

Finding a new job like my old one also was impossible.

They left me out in the cold, then destroyed the company they bought. So, it was all for naught in the end.
